To ensure platform security and fair play, gte99 may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in withdrawals or other account activity being temporarily suspended.
1.4 — Account Security
Keeping your login credentials secure is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with a third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
2.1 — Accepted Payment Methods
gte99 currently supports the following payment methods:

Transactions through any method other than those listed above are not accepted.
2.2 — Minimum Amounts

2.3 — Withdrawal Process and Timeframe
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, if identity verification or a security review is required, this timeframe may be longer.
Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit. Sending funds to a third-party account is not possible.
2.4 — Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
- All transactions must be completed from an account registered in your own name.
- gte99 reserves the right to suspend or reject transactions if money laundering or fraud is suspected.
- In the case of an incorrect deposit caused by a technical error, gte99 may reclaim the excess amount.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
3.1 — Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total ৳2,200.
- Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total ৳22,000.
3.2 — Wagering Requirement
To withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.
3.3 — General Bonus Rules
- Each person may claim a bonus offer only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is possible only after the wagering requirement has been met.
- gte99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- If any unusual or fraudulent activity is detected in connection with bonus use, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
3.4 — VIP Program
gte99 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules
4.1 — Fair Play Policy
